I wish I was a catfish

Catfish blues.

I am learning elements of this song right now. Lots of classic blues riffs you have heard many many times I am sure, but, like a lot of music…have you heard those notes in the order you hear them in for that particular song? The order, punctuation and dynamics they are played with makes all the difference.

This post is admittedly weak. I basically have a ton of ideas for blog topics, but November has been completely crazy busy for me and December just looks more crazy. Thank goodness I didn’t pull the micro-led-Christmas-light-string from the roof last year. The lights would not be on right now if I had taken them down. Yeah, sorry…OT (off topic). Point is, I have been super busy. I want to demo the blues jr with the vintage 30, want to show you the difference in tone between the fulldrive and sparkle drive, want to show the ways I am using the aux pedal I built to control the jamman solo with the three extra switches I added, want to do some more theory/chord inversion/fretboard mastery tips and tricks posts, etc, etc, etc. If you have a topic you are curious about that you think I may have experience with, hit me up…comment or send me a direct email.

Here is a video for Catfish Blues…thanks for bearing with me 🙂
